If you have questions about any of our items that was not answered in the Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) you can contact our team anytime, we will be glad to help.

We will try to reply to all emails within 48 hours, but please consider that sometimes we have to verify and double-check first before giving you a precise answer, in which case it can take a bit longer. Please also note that the core of our team works from Mondays to Fridays and support inquiries can not be answered on weekends. Please try to explicitly formulate what you need to know, and please be sure to include all relevant information, for example, in the case of an inquiry about a size, it would be a good idea to include your usual size as well as your exact measurements, so we can make an objective assessment whether an item will fit or not, and which size you need.
